Come and enjoy 3 different types of soul food on Fridays.  Eat some of the most delicious soul food in CoMo.  Fellowship with some of the most soulful people, and get a healthy dose of some knowledge and wisdom for your mind, spirit, and soul.

We have the best speakers in the community and the most engaging people with topics that are relevant to the people in our community.  Do you have what it takes to be a public speaker?  Do you have someone that you would love to hear speak?  Message us if you would like to sign up or want to hear someone in your community share.

This weekly Afrocentric event is hosted by Tyree Byndom, 2013 Columbia Values Diversity Award Winner, Community Protector, and Servant.
